About the Firm
Peter Yi (he/him), the firm's principal lawyer, has practiced as a business lawyer since being called to the bar in September 1999.
Michael S.I. Hwang, although no longer formally associated with Amicus Lawyers since January 1, 2024, continues to practice on a part-time basis, now focusing on helping small and medium business owners to sell their businesses quickly and confidentially.
